To ensure we can address and resolve this issue swiftly, please contact our support team by filling out the form linked <a href="https://help.zimadental.com/en-US/contact" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.When filling out the form, select &quot;Other&quot; as the subject and enter &quot;Dental Pod switches off&quot; in both the subject line and the message box. There is no need to provide further details or upload a video. This process helps us quickly identify and address your issue, ensuring your unit is functioning perfectly again in no time.
